成份 :棕榈油、南姜、海盐、香茅、姜黄、姜、甘蔗冰糖、素食调味料
食用方法 :
1)米粉汤/面汤
将200克米粉以沸腾的水煮熟后备用,再将25克印尼苏多汤酱与450克清水搅拌均匀煮热。
煮热后,倒入米粉碗中,即可享用。如能添加一些芹菜和小块番茄,味道更佳。口味因人而异,水分
与酱料可自行调配。
2)蒸饭
1杯米, 1杯水 (相同比例和大小的杯)

Ingredients : Cooking Oil, Galangal, Sea Salt, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Ginger, Sugar Cane Rock Sugar,
Vegetarian Seasonings
Cooking Instructions : Cook 200g vermicelli, drain away water and set aside. Add 25g Soto Paste to
450g of water with any other ingredients of your choice for a better taste (e.g. tomatoes or celery),
stir well and cook until it boils. Pour it over the cooked vermicelli and serve hot. Amount of water and
paste can be adjusted to taste.
